         Bst 4.0 DNA聚合酶为Bst 3.0 DNA聚合酶和极其耐热的Max65反转录酶(耐受65°C)的混合品,该酶适合于RNA的LAMP反应。与Bst 3.0 DNA聚合酶相比,其反转录活性提高了近100倍,可以检测低灵敏度的RNA分子。该酶在以RNA为模板的LAMP实验中,做为推荐用酶,其扩增能力高于Bst 3.0 DNA/RNA聚合酶。除此外,该酶同样可以进行DNA模板的LAMP扩增。
