          探针法做为microRNA定量研究的金标准，其具有高特异性、高灵敏度的优势。HaiGene的HG TaqMan miRNA定量PCR试剂盒，采用特异性的正向miRNA引物和接头引物进行PCR扩增，检测荧光基团采用FAM标记的TaqMan探针。使用该试剂盒可以高特异性、高灵敏度的检测低至100个细胞的miRNA分子，并可区分相似度极高的miRNAs。HaiGene的TaqMan miRNA定量PCR试剂盒多达一万余种，试剂盒编号为TAPxxxxx，每一个mircoRNA分子对应一个检测试剂盒（包含特异性的TaqMan探针、正向引物、反向引物、定量试剂），可于HG TaqMan miRNA qPCR kit.xls中查询。
